No refunds on services.
If you are not satisfied your service, we will re-perform the service within 2 day. ( not for color changing)
Health issue must be communicated prior to service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Gift certificates are not returnable or refundable for cash.
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without notice, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. This will make the appointment time available to someone else.
